VoC API¶
The Geneea Voice of the Customer API offers a great way to analyze customer feedback, detecting the topics customers talk about. For example, it can be used for analyzing NPS comments, customer support tickets, TripAdvisor/Yelp feedback, Google reviews and many more.
Integration: The easiest way to use our API is via our Keboola App.
